Obesity Poses A Variety of Health Problems

Obesity means obesity that is due to the excess fat. Obesity poses a variety of health problems such as heart disease, and high blood pressure. People who suffer from obesity also can not enjoy their lives fully as excessive body fat is definitely limiting their movement. They will also experience stress due to feelings of shame and low self-esteem. The study was published in the Bulletin in Brunei showed that the percentage of obese people in this country is the highest in Asia


Obesity is actually caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, such as not maintaining diet. A diet high in fat and too sweet can lead to obesity. Cooking methods such as frying can also contribute to the accumulation of fat in the body. To prevent obesity caused by this problem, we should eat more vegetables, fruits and other sources of protein such as fish. We also need to reduce the use of oil for frying food and cooking by steaming, baking or stewing.

In addition, laziness and dislike of exercise is also a cause of obesity. When we are too indulgent body by not doing any exercise movements, fat will accumulate in our bodies. Finally, a chubby little body, plump, and fat. Therefore, we must do the exercises at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Among the exercises that can be done by those who are lazy or difficult to perform the movement was brisk walk, swim, or play badminton. This exercise can prevent injuries.


In addition, the increase in fast food restaurants and the sale of food in packages or cans also be a cause of obesity. Fast food restaurants such as KFC, Pizza Hut and McDonald favored Brunei people, especially those who work because they do not have to bother to cook food after a hard day's work. Although the food is provided by fast-food restaurants are tempting, people should be aware that food intake should be reduced because the food is not nutritious and contains salt, sugar, and high fat.

In conclusion, the problem of obesity must be addressed to avoid the bad things that arise as a result. Obesity is caused by poor diet and lack of exercise can be avoided if we change the intake of food, cooking, and exercising more. Remove fat in the body is not an easy thing to do. This requires patience and persistence.
